Online Refresher Courses
This is an online refresher course to prepare for the EWRB Electrician Regulations or Theory Exams. An essential step to become a registered electrician in Aotearoa New Zealand.

How to apply
- Click here for the WITT application form
- Click on the programme field – scroll down and select either:
- 2025 - Short Courses - EWRB Regulations (online) (New Plymouth) or
- 2025 - Short Courses - EWRB Theory (online) (New Plymouth)
WITT requires a copy of your birth certificate or passport to confirm your application if you have not done so previously.
Taking the EWRB Exams
The EWRB exams are organised by ASPEQ, not WITT.

- The exams require separate entry forms and fees.
- Once enrolled, ASPEQ will contact you with more information about the examinations.
