Start your career with one of NZ's largest companies and gain a NZ Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering (Diesel/Auto Electrical focus) and your Class 5 License in our fully funded apprenticeship. You will work in a large manufacturing environment with a supportive team of technical trades professionals while earning a competitive salary.
What can you expect?
- Theory based learning balanced with practical hands-on training and work experience
- Work on the maintencance and repair of some of our 480 fleet of milk tankers, focusing on computer diagnostics and fault finding, using cutting edge technology and the latest tools and gear
- Learn all things diesel from transmissions to pumps, planning, diagnostics, fault finding and preventative maintenance all to keep our fleet moving.

Who are we looking for?
- Achieved, or in the process of achieving NCEA Level 2 with Maths and English (all) + Physics (electrical only)
- An interest and aptitude in hands-on engineering work
- A passion to qualify and build a career in your chosen field
- Restricted driver's license (by the time you start the apprenticeship)
- Keen interest in solving problems, a curiosity to learn and being able to work in different situations with different people
- Completion of a pre-trade course in a related subject would be awesome, but not a necessity
- NZ citizen, Australian citizen, or Permanent Resident in NZ
- 16+ years old
