Barista Classes

From beans to crema, learn the ins and outs of how to make the perfect coffee. You will finish the course with machine knowledge, sensory demonstrations and bean basic coffee roasting knowledge.

Small class sizes with a maximum of 12 students per intake allowing students to have lots of hands-on experience. Students will finish the course with machine knowledge, sensory demonstrations and introduction into bean knowledge and basic coffee roasting.

 

Intake dates:

25 January and 1 February 10am - 2pm Saturday
7 and 14 June 5pm - 9pm Wednesday
14, 15 and then 16 October 10am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
22 and 29 November 10am - 2pm Saturday

Entry of the programme will be in order of receipt of enrolment.
