Graduates will demonstrate knowledge and skills required within the hospitality industry by national and local regulatory authorities.

- 3x Mondays (9am - 3pm). One day available for resits if necessary.
Achievement in Licence Controller (Bar Manager) (Level 4)
Gain the knowledge and skills required within the hospitality industry to effectively manage a licensed premise and go on to get your Bar Manager’s Licence.

- 2 days (9am - 4pm)
Barista Classes
From beans to crema, learn the ins and outs of how to make the perfect coffee. You will finish the course with machine knowledge, sensory demonstrations and bean basic coffee roasting knowledge.

Mixology 101 Micro-credential
This 30-hour NZQA 5 credit micro-credential provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce a variety of classic and creative cocktails to industry standards.
- Level 3
- Mondays (6pm - 9pm)
Plant Based Cooking Micro-credential
This training scheme is designed to enable cooks on all levels wishing to expand their knowledge in developing Food Products to cater to the increasing trend for plant-based food.
- 24 weeks (one night per week)
