Introduction to Supervision

The Introduction to Supervision short course explores the nature of supervision, the core processes within supervision and the professional and organisational context of supervision.

This course will prepare students to be able to establish a supervisory relationship and to understand the nature and intention of contracting within supervision. Students will develop the skills and knowledge to apply a model of supervision which structures the stages of a supervision session.
