Postgraduate Study Information Evening

Published on

Postgraduate studies in business analytics and healthcare management are now an option in Taranaki and WITT is hosting an information evening for the community to come along and find out more. At the information evening people can hear from a guest speaker, meet the tutors and network while enjoying the hospitality WITT is known for.

Dr. Jan Lockett-Kay, Deputy Director School of Māori Enterprise Business and Technology will be one of the tutors on the programme and is encouraging anyone who may be interested to come along to the evening. “I’m very excited for the programme to get underway.”

“Having postgraduate study here in Taranaki offers great benefits to the region. Ākonga have the opportunities to study part-time with evening classes available and can pick a postgraduate qualification to suit them.”

“With specialisations in healthcare management and business analytics we are offering programmes that are designed to help address the skills shortages we have in New Zealand to help upskill and provide the workforce needed for the future.”

“The programme aims to enable students to enhance their applied management skills and knowledge by encouraging them to focus on more specific and in-depth aspects of management,” she said.

“After this programme you have the option to compete a masters degree. This is just one year’s fulltime study, that can be completed part-time.”

This event has been cancelled.
