Work at WITT

Welcome

WITT is a great place to work!  On this page, you will see a snapshot of our recent Engagement and Climate Survey results.  We have, over the past three years, improved our Engagement Index score to 75.96% (for comparison, the State Sector score is 69%).  Everyone in the WITT team is committed to year on year improvements in communication, engagement, and outcomes for our learners and our community.

The filling of all staff vacancies is consistent with our hiring policy (link here) (note this is currently under review but much of the information will remain unchanged), and every member of the team goes through the process of interviews, references and police checks.  In this way, we have the time to ensure that you are a fit for us, and we are a fit for you. We urge you to read our strategic plan, and the information about us, reflect on our role and our values, and if our workplace sounds like somewhere you would like to make a difference, then please, get in touch, even if you don’t see a vacancy listed here.  We are always looking for talent that will make our waka go faster!

In the first instance, please contact Vicki Bouterey in HR at hr@witt.ac.nz 06 757 3100 ext 8971.
