Impressions is WITT's training restaurant, run by hospitality students both front of house and in the kitchen. Students prepare and serve brunches, lunches and dinners throughout the year.

Impressions Restaurant is located at the end of the Hospitality Building (E Block) at WITT's main campus in New Plymouth.
