Mixology 101

This 30-hour NZQA 5 credit micro-credential provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce a variety of classic and creative cocktails to industry standards.

Learn to describe the origins of mixology, identify common alcoholic products used in the production of beverages, apply bar-craft technology and use industry-standard equipment and techniques in the production of mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 

Entry Requirements

You must be 18 years old to enrol in this course.
