Qualification overview

Gain supervisory skills for a broad range of food and beverage outlets along with real-world experience at events and functions with the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Restaurant Service Strand). Students will learn how to interact with colleagues and customers so they can provide a memorable, high-quality dining experience and get the first-hand experience to monitor and maintain customer service, and policies and procedures for a broad range of hospitality environments.

• Equivalent qualification.
