Open your mind at Open Day

WITT’s doors will be open on Saturday 7 November for the annual Open Day, an opportunity to get a first-hand look at the range of programmes on offer at Taranaki’s largest tertiary provider.

Open Day is an opportunity for those considering study or exploring their options to come and meet the tutors, find out more about what’s involved in a programme, and get a feel for the learning environment and facilities with a campus tour.

It’s also a chance to enjoy some excellent food from the famous food market, have some fun and entertain the kids with whanau-friendly activities like a bouncy castle, face-painting, games and prizes.

“We are throwing open our doors and inviting you and your whānau to come and explore the campus,” Marketing and Events Coordinator Samantha Legge said.

“So if you're considering your career options, or you’re ready to retrain or build your skills, come along and find out more about how studying at WITT can work for you.”

From accounting to nursing, and te reo to engineering – Open Day provides a stress-free way to explore what you want to do and how WITT can help you to get there. Tutors will be available to talk through the study options to answer any questions.

There’s also an opportunity to be in to win a $200 local business voucher of your choice – simply Register here.

Open Day is on Saturday 7th November between 11am - 2pm at WITT’s New Plymouth campus, 20 Bell Street.
