Start your Building Career:

This is a pre-trade qualification where students will gain skills and knowledge applicable to a wide range of construction-related trades and graduates can proceed into an apprenticeship.

CONSTRUCTION TRADE SKILLS (CARPENTRY) (LEVEL 3) 1 year

Learn Mechanical Engineering, Welding & Fabrication:

Learn basic workplace skills for mechanical engineering, welding and fabrication. The qualification may be used as the first stage of an apprenticeship or as the basis for further training. It is designed for both school leavers and more mature students.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (LEVEL 3) 1 year

Want to be an Electrician?

Study electrical engineering and related subjects that will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for employment or to undertake an apprenticeship in the electrical or instrumentation trades.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING THEORY (LEVEL 3)  1 year

Gain NCEA Level 2: 

This programme will help you gain the confidence and knowledge to prepare you for further learning or employment.

FOUNDATION SKILLS (LEVEL 2)  17 weeks
