New scholars welcomed

WITT’s 2018 intake of Bachelor of Applied Management scholarship recipients were welcomed by existing scholarship students and staff at an informal gathering last week.

Four scholarships - valued at up to $10,000, were offered this year to Dorothy Turner, Katelyn Bishop, Isaac Beck and Narrissa Kearns.

In order to be awarded the scholarship, which pays for the students’ course fees for the duration of the degree, candidates are required to possess a number of attributes including drive, excellent study habits, good problem-solving skills and a desire to succeed in the area of business and management.

The 2018 recipients lift WITT’s scholarship cohort up to nine.
