ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES

WITT has a strong English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programme for people, both international and domestic, whose native language is not English.

It caters for those who wish to improve their English language skills and for those who do not meet the English language entry requirements for WITT degrees, diplomas or certificates.

The programme includes learning about life in New Zealand and preparing for study at higher levels in New Zealand.

International students have the support of the International Students’ Office, and the opportunity to live in home-stays, or in our modern on-campus accommodation.
