PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
 
The National Diploma in Architectural Technology will equip graduates with the design and research skills to work on small and medium-scale building projects. Architectural Technicians and Designers work with clients, engineers, surveyors, consultants and local authorities to coordinate construction projects.  
 
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Four years of secondary education; and
  • 48 or more credits at NCEA Level 2, with no fewer than 12 credits in each of four subjects; and/or
  • Equivalent NQF Unit Standards
Applications will also be considered from people with other academic qualifications or industry-related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes will be an advantage.
