Enrolment for International Students

How to Apply

Please follow these simple steps:

Step 1:     Enquiry

Send your enquiry to us by:

We will correspond with you to ensure that you have all necessary information on your course of interest.

Step 2:     Apply
Send your completed International Enrolment Form with the following relevant personal information:

• Previous school reports/academic transcripts
  (All reports must be certified and written in English)
  
• IELTS Certificate
  (Certified copy of your result within the last two years)
  
• References

Please ensure you have read our Conditions of Enrolment before application.

Step 3:     Acceptance

Your application will be assessed within 48 hours - we will advise you if it is going to take longer.  We will send you the following documentation:

• Offer Of A Place
• Fees schedule
• Student Letter of Acceptance
• Coditions of Enrolment
• Travel Details Form

Step 4:     Confirmation of Acceptance

To confirm your Offer Of A Place you are required to send back to WITT the following signed documents:

• Students Letter of Acceptance
  

• Conditions of Enrolment Form
  

You will be required to transfer your fees to WITT at this time.  Upon receipt of your fees at WITT, we will provide you with:

• Fees Payment Receipt
  

Please send your travel details to WITT.  At this time, you should also book accommodation.

Step 5:     Apply for a Visa
Use your Fees Receipt and Offer Of A Place to apply for your Student Permit/Visa from your nearest New Zealand Immigation Service or Embassy: www.immigration.govt.nz

It would be appreciated if you could provide us with your feedback by filling in the Student Feedback Questionnaire and returning it to us.
