STAR COURSES 2009
STAR (Secondary Tertiary Alignment Resource) courses give senior high-school students the chance to learn more about a certain career or industry. You can work towards a unit standard and have the opportunity to gain credits towards your national certificate.

Course Outline
Most courses are held on a Tuesday or Thursday but alternative days may be offered by arrangement, depending on the school and WITT's requirements.

NOTE: Where term and start dates indicate ‘Flexible’ the Departments offering these courses are willing to negotiate with schools with regard to timing – please apply to Christine Lee
Courses will only run if they meet the minimum enrolment of 8 students. Schools will be asked to complete a Memorandum of Understanding prior to the start of courses which they have students enrolled in.
