Enrol at WITT

The process

 

Welcome to WITT, we are so glad you are thinking about joining us!  To apply to study you just need to follow a few easy steps.  

  1. Complete the Application and Enrolment form (either online or a paper version)
  2. In approx 5 working days we will send you a confirmation of acceptance, either by phone, email or a letter in the post.
  3. Get ready to join us at WITT!


It's so easy to apply online!

The easiest way to complete the form is to do it online.  Please note this will take 10-15 minutes to complete and is best done on a desktop computer.  You can complete it at home yourself or come into our reception and complete the form on one of our computers.  
 


Pick up a form in person

Come in and collect a printed Application to Enrol form at one of our offices:

  • New Plymouth Campus - 20 Bell Street, New Plymouth 
  • Hawera Campus - 40A Union Street, Hawera

Once the form is completed it you can return to the WITT office or post to WITT, Private Bag 2030, New Plymouth, 4620.

Extra information

Waiting lists
Limited places are available on most courses. Once this limit has been reached applicants may go on a waiting list. Students are advised of being on a waiting list and will be contacted if a place becomes available.

Please make sure you keep us up to date with your contact details, address etc.  In the first instance, we will contact you by email.  

Applications for part-time courses
Applicants for part-time courses need to check if a pre-selection process is in place by contacting WITT on 0800 WITTWORKS (0800 948 896). For all students, it is recommended you enrol as soon as you decide what programme of study you wish to take because programmes can fill very quickly.

Recognition of Prior Learning
(RPL) - formally acknowledges the value of a student¹s prior learning, whether formal or informal, by assessing that prior learning for the purpose of considering the granting of credit towards a unit of learning, course or programme in which a student wishes to enrol.  You can download the form here.
