SPICES COOKING CLASS - TUE 17 OCT

Come and discover the world of global spices with this fun and interactive spices class. Our professional chefs will guide you through making bases for curries, and sauces from Thailand, India, Indonesia and Northern Africa.

If you want to make your own Thai Green Curry, Rogan Josh, Garam Masala, Thai Nam Prik, Sambal Kecap or harissa, this is the class for you!

Class runs for 3 hours and includes the costs of the ingredients. Cost is $89.
