Qualification overview

Once you have successfully completed this fast paced, hand on programme of study you will achieve a well respected international qualification and two barista Certificates.  You will learn full table service skills, retaurant service, bar service, cafe' skills, health and safety requirements and essential hospitality skills.

Entry requirements

  • A minimum of three years of secondary education; and
  • 48 or more credits at NCEA Level 1, with no fewer than 12 credits in each of four subjects; and/or
  • Equivalent NQF Unit Standards
