The hospitality industry provides food and beverage services to cafes and restaurants, pubs, bars, taverns, and clubs.
The hospitality industry is influenced by how much money people have to spend and by the tourism industry. New Zealanders currently have more money to spend on dining out and travelling within the country. In addition New Zealand’s popularity as an international tourist destination is also expected to continue, creating a growing demand for accommodation and food and beverage services.
