Customer Services Representative

WITT is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Representative.  This is a full-time fixed-term position.

The purpose of this role is to provide administration and reception duties for the Customer Services Centre and to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer student related enquiries and enrolments and to assist with ad hoc marketing tasks.

To be successful for this role you will need to be methodical, possess a warm and friendly disposition and have a people oriented approach.

Key tasks for this role include

  • Delivering a welcoming, professional and customer-focused experience for our students, potential students and other visitors
  • Assist potential students secure enrolments by providing pathway/career advice
  • Proactively follow up on all enquires
  • Assist with the application/enrolment process
  • Support student recruitment, retention and success
  • Work with marketing department to help promote WITT through events and communications

 We are looking for someone who

  • Has a warm and welcoming personality and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Is proactive and will initiate and contribute to an environment of continual improvement
  • Has a passion for the education opportunities that WITT provides in the Taranaki community
  • Is a highly effective communicator able to provide advice and assistance to both current and potential students
  • Enjoys working with a range of people and within a team environment
  • Has good organisational and time management skills and problem solving skills

 It is desirable that you have

  • have experience in delivering exceptional customer service
