Executive Manager

WITT is currently recruiting for an Executive Manager.  This is a full-time fixed-term position (2 years) which would be providing comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive, WITT Council and the Executive Team.

Key responsibilities for this role include

  • Providing high level project management
  • Providing executive support to the CE, WITT Council and executive team
  • The reporting, preparation and delivery of communications
  • Undertaking a variety of executive administrative tasks as requested by the CE, WITT Council and executive team
  • Creating travel arrangements and assisting with diary management
  • Acting as the secretary to the WITT Council
  • Liaising between the CE and the Executive Team

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a passion for the education opportunities that WITT provides in the Taranaki community
  • Flexible with a people focus
  • Is a highly effective communicator to various range of stakeholders
  • Is able to work autonomously
  • Able to work under pressure and is flexible

It is essential that you have

  • Have a demonstrated ability in project management skills, meeting deadlines and building good relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
