Tiffany Apaitia-Vague

Tiffany Apaitia-Vague is a Social Work Educator on the Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences Degree at WITT.  She has a background in Statutory Child Protection and Community Development, where she has had interesting and diverse roles overseas.  In 2011, Tiffany conducted a project that took a narrative look at Generation Y social workers that explored their personal and professional lives and beliefs. 

She is particularly interested in both narrative research and sexuality, and is currently completing her PhD at Massey University.  The topic of the research is the sexual stories of young people who are in the care of the state.
